Beautiful decor friendly staff clean room and very comfortable beds.We were able to check in early and wash clothes in a great laundry that was spotless.thanls for a great stay first times in months I slept so sound.
The hotel is what you would expect from a Fairfield and the staff were friendly and cheerful. This paricular site seemed to be fairly new. It is not convenient to food and shopping, and getting further into town requires you to either traverse the cloverleaf intersection with the interstate, or travel a two lane back road.
The housekeeping staff was very friendly, smiled, and spoke to us every time we passed. I don’t see that level of kindness often, so definitely five stars. The room was spotless, they accommodated our requests, and the location was nice!
One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at, including high end hotels. Very new and clean. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. Very impressed!
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is right off the highway and located just on the edge of town. The breakfast is small but it was always fresh.
Excellent as always. First of all shout out to dawn and Zac, dawn greeted me even though I got there very early in the morning she was so friendly and understanding she greeted us with a friendly face. The room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, and especially the bathroom was well stocked with towels and even hadextra rolled beneath the sink. There's a nice gym and even a pool. When I got to breakfast it was quite busy but the gentleman (zac) kept everything well stocked and clean while helping the guests all by himself, ive been coming to this hotel for years and look forward to breakfast because of him so glad I got his name. The housekeepers are all very friendly too I needed extra toilet paper and soap and they did not hesitate. Best hotel in hagerstown I highly recommend this fairfield if you're looking for places to stay!
We arrived fairly late on a Friday. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is the usual buffet and got us off to a good start. Our room was very clean and the hotel was nice and quiet. The location was good, as it was just off I-70.
This is a fairly new hotel. The location is a but solitary but within a short walk or drive to food & gas. The establishment was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was excellent and the only negative thing was the mattress on the king bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was lumpy and hard and I found that the couch was much more suitable. Other than the bed, the hotel was pristine.
